How do I remove bubbles from my resin molds? Removing bubbles from your molds and casts are not difficult. By using a pressurized pot you can squeeze out all the bubbles until they are inperceptable even in the clearest glass type molds.

Remove Bubbles by Pressurizing your Molds
Pressurize Pot upto 120psi using any air compressor. Generally, not more than 60-80 psi is used.

What is the differnece between the standard pressure pot and a casing pot?

1) there is no pickup tube to get the the way of your product.

2) There is a high pressure control valve instead of a regulator.

3) Popoff pressure is higher. Pots max pressure is 120psi operating pressure approximately 80psi.
