Please note: every order is reviewed against inventory before it is shipped out. You may place your order with confidence that a product is in stock and ready to be shipped to you. If there is any problem you will be contacted immediately via email. Otherwise, no news is good news.

We have an extensive inventory list with access to over 120,000 tools. We apologize in advance if a part is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately via email. You then may wait for all items of your order to be fulfilled, split your order for an additional shipping charge or cancel your order. Please note: some items which are out of stock cannot be back ordered and must be canceled. A representative will contact you if there are any questions on your account.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

ToolParadise.com guarantees your satisfaction! If after inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days from the date of invoice, shipping prepaid, for a full refund of your purchase price. Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used, tested, or altered, or if any parts or packaging is missing. Such returns will be returned to the customer or subject to a restocking fee.

*Please note: "Parts, including parts to spray guns and rebuild kits", "Special Orders", "non-stock" items, and OTC and other Software and update cards, are Nonrefundable except for warranty repair or replacement good for 30 days from the date of invoice - you will be notified before shipping and given a chance to refuse if your order is considered a special order or non-stock item. If, due to some reason your shipment is not received within 10 days from the date of invoice, you will be given 21 days from the date you receive your product to return an item.

To protect our customers we only deal with the most reputable companies. This helps insure quality and assures you that you are making a solid purchase.

TP Distributors is a very special company. We offer your business the opportunity to purchase small quantities at wholesale prices. Due to our special offers to you, we operate at extremely low margins and therefore ask the following concessions in dealing with returns.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO US FOR EXCHANGE, CREDIT, OR REFUND:
TP Distributors asks you to follow these simple steps when returning a product:

(1) The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging.
(2) The return must be made within thirty days of invoice order date (w/ 21 day exception for late shipments).
(3) Please Call for your Customer Number and Return Authorization number. 800-815-1934.
(4) Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance charges prepaid to:

We will arrange shipment of a product exchange, or issue a credit or refund as you have requested within seven business days of receipt of your return at our address. We ask that you Email us with a tracking number after item is shipped so we may track the package as it comes into our warehouses.

Same Day Shipping
Any order that you place with us before 1PM Eastern Time are generally processed for same day shipment.
Orders received after 1PM Eastern Time will be processed for next business day shipment.

Our standard shipping service via UPS delivers 90% of our main product lines from date of shipment in 2 business days to over 70% of the Continental United States, and delivers within 3 business days to 100% of the Continental United States.* This applies to packages going standard ground UPS and is subject to availability of the nearest warehouse to your location. Special orders, Certain products lines excepted. Truck shipments may take a little longer. You will be contacted if your product is a special order.

If time is of the essence, please contact us (or leave a message in the comment section upon checkout) for availability and estimated shipping times. For more certain shipments please use UPS next day or 2nd day air as these packages are special handled by our staff with expedience. Please note: If you order 2nd day service and do not receive your package within 2 business days from the DATE SHIPPED (not the date ordered) you are entitled to a refund of the difference between your ground shipment and 2nd day or next day air charges. We are not responsible for lost wages or damages due to lost time. We will not ship next day air under any circumstances.
