AUTOMATIC SPRAY GUNS

We find that many companies do not have to correct setups in their factories and often operate their guns incorrectly. We've had some customers using the wrong setups for over 30 years! or get mislead by local distributors who do not have the wide selection of guns and tip sizes that we have at SprayGunIndustry.com. At SprayGunIndustry, please ask the Experts. We will help you make certain you have the best automatics for your industrial application. Please noteIf you have an unusual material please provide us with your current setup, and the Zahn #2 rating or Ford #4 rating of your product. If you have other ratings like centepoids, we like to see the spec sheet on your material. You may fax that to us at 818-787-1972. Fax and then contact us by phone. We will review your product with you.

How they work? They are not complicated!
Automatic SprayGuns are just like traditional Hand Held spray guns except they are typically fixed in position or put on a mechanical or robot arm to be moved or programed as desired. They are used when you need more specific control of where your spray pattern has to be. Also great for objects on spinning wheels or conver belts.
Spray Patterns Run from 1/4" round to - 14" long ovals depending on your setup.
Use your imagination! Dots, Lines, Fixed Movements, Coverage.
How do they turn on and off? Simple Air Pressure 20-40 psi
The on off switch is simple air power - You could even use a $2 ball valve or $10 blow gun with the air line coming off the front of the blow gun to trigger these units. Remember there is nothing special about triggering an automatic. Just Air Flow. However they are tpically run off a air foot petal or a air solinoid switch.

What about the fluid?
They are typical fed the same way you feed a pressure feed spray gun. Or you can simply attach a gravity pot directly to the unit or lift up any type of fluid pot and let gravity drop the fluid into the gun through a fluid hose. Recirculating systems that keep the fluid moving at all times are availalbe. Tpically used with an adjitator which keeps the fluid mixed to prevent settleing
